Company Description
Organisations everywhere struggle under the crushing costs and complexities of “solutions” that promise to simplify their lives. To create a better experience for their customers and employees. To help them grow. Software is a choice that can make or break a business. Create better or worse experiences. Propel or throttle growth. Business software has become a blocker instead of ways to get work done.
There’s another option. Freshworks. With a fresh vision for how the world works.
At Freshworks, we build uncomplicated service software that delivers exceptional customer and employee experiences. Our enterprise-grade solutions are powerful, yet easy to use, and quick to deliver results. Our people-first approach to AI eliminates friction, making employees more effective and organisations more productive. Over 72,000 companies, including Bridgestone, New Balance, Nucor, S&P Global, and Sony Music, trust Freshworks’ customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) software to fuel customer loyalty and service efficiency. And, over 4,500 Freshworks employees make this possible, all around the world.
Fresh vision. Real impact. Come build it with us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Role
Reporting directly to our Country Leader (UK & Northern Europe), you’ll be the strategic engine powering a team of top-tier Enterprise Account Executives. Operating from our flagship London hub, this isn't a sit-back-and-delegate role—it’s high-visibility, high-impact leadership. You’ll spend your time coaching sellers, co-selling in the field with executive buyers, closing six-figure deals, and turning raw UKI market potential into predictable, high-velocity ARR.

- Rule the Territory: Author and run the ultimate GTM blueprint to systematically land, expand, and dominate Tier-1 enterprise accounts across the UKI region.
- Lead the Pack: Coach, elevate, and scale a team of 7–9 Enterprise AEs to smash a collective $4M–$6M+ ARR target.
- Master the Playbook: Enforce MEDDPICC like a science to maintain razor-sharp forecasting, eliminate deal friction, and keep pipeline health bulletproof.
- Co-Sell at the C-Suite: Jump into the trenches with your AEs—partnering with Solution Engineers and CS leads to negotiate and close multi-year, strategic agreements.
- Own the Narrative: Serve as the primary voice of the region, delivering market insights, growth plays, and bold revenue projections directly to global executive leadership.
- Tech-Driven Execution: Run a tight operational cadence using best-in-class tools (Salesforce, Clari, Gong) for seamless, predictable revenue execution.
- Build a Magnet Culture: Partner with Talent Acquisition to build a team culture that top 1% enterprise sales talent actually wants to join.
