Drive Enterprise Growth & Why This Role Matters

As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a critical role in accelerating Sirion's global growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding our footprint across strategic named accounts. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and executive engagement to negotiation and closing. Working alongside Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem, you'll help some of the world's largest enterprises modernize contract management through AI-powered innovation.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Own Strategic Territory Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to maximize revenue opportunities across assigned Fortune 1000 accounts while building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Drive New Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customers by positioning Sirion's AI-native CLM platform as a strategic business solution for procurement, legal, finance, and IT leaders.
  • Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders, effectively communicating Sirion's value proposition and business impact.
  • Lead Complex Enterprise Sales: Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Solution Consulting, leadership, Customer Success, and ecosystem partners to deliver tailored solutions that address customer business challenges.
  • Deliver Accurate Forecasting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, manage opportunities within CRM, and consistently achieve quarterly sales objectives.
  • Champion Sirion's Vision: Represent Sirion as a trusted advisor by evangelizing the company's AI-driven CLM platform and helping enterprise customers transform their contracting processes.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

  • Enterprise SaaS Sales Expertise: 10–15 years of overall sales experience, including 5–10 years of successfully selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procurement, Supply Chain, or related enterprise business applications, with the ability to engage in strategic conversations with procurement, legal, finance, and IT executives.
  • Enterprise Sales Excellence: Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic account planning, territory management, and new logo acquisition within large organizations.
  • Quota Achievement: Proven history of consistently exceeding revenue goals and sales quotas in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven technology environments.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Business & Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
