Enterprise Sales Director — UK
Series A | AI | Commercial Insurance | InsurTech
A rapidly growing Series A AI InsurTech is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead its UK growth.
The company is building AI-powered technology designed to transform commercial insurance underwriting, helping insurers improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and unlock new opportunities through data and automation.
This is a high-impact opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey, with significant backing, an innovative product, and ambitious plans for international expansion.
The London office will be in the City, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days a week.
The Opportunity
As Enterprise Sales Director, you will own the UK enterprise sales strategy and be responsible for developing and closing high-value relationships across the commercial insurance market.
You will be selling directly into:
- Commercial insurance carriers
- Managing General Agents (MGAs)
- Specialty insurers
- Lloyd's market participants
- Senior underwriting and insurance leadership teams

You'll engage with senior stakeholders including Chief Underwriting Officers, Heads of Underwriting, CEOs, Chief Risk Officers, and other C-suite decision-makers, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through to close.

About You
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
- A strong track record in enterprise B2B sales
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, data, or technology solutions
- Insurance industry experience is highly preferred, particularly commercial insurance
- Existing relationships across carriers, MGAs, specialty insurance, or Lloyd's
- Experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles
- The ability to sell consultatively to C-suite and senior insurance stakeholders
- A genuine interest in AI and the transformation of the insurance industry
