The Opportunity
This is a strategic, consultative role based in or within a reasonable commuting distance to London, England.
Engaging senior buyers across IT Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Engineering, and AI/ML teams, you will help them understand why data trust is the foundational layer every enterprise AI deployment needs.
You will be a bridge between our Sales and Customer Experience teams while providing ad-hoc support to our strategic system integrators. This role is a critical technical resource for our sales team and functions as a technical evangelist during the sales cycle, working as an integrated member of sales executive planning, preparation and delivery. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and exceptional, human-centric soft skills.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Excellence
- Demos & POCs: Deliver compelling Proofs of Concept (POCs) and sophisticated product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Architectural Strategy: Provide strategic architectural recommendations to prospects and Sales Executives
- Technical Evangelism: Act as the technical evangelist across the sales cycle, staying fully integrated into sales executive planning, preparation, and delivery
Technical Consulting
- Platform Expertise: Serve as the technical expert for our platform, offering actionable insights into integration and configuration best practices
- Deployment & Adoption: Apply technical depth to customer configuration and deployment concerns to guarantee successful platform implementation and adoption
- Partner Support: Provide ad-hoc technical support to our strategic system integrators and reseller partners

Stakeholder Management
- Enterprise Sales Cycles: Partner with Sales Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving CISOs, CDOs, CTOs, and procurement teams
- Relationship Building: Build lasting executive and technical resource relationships to support expansion and long-term account growth
- Client Success & Training: Support high-need clients with managed services or long-term engagements, and train, mentor, or resolve issues for prospects, customers, and partners
- Feedback Loop: Channel valuable customer insights back to the Engineering team to improve the product and sharpen future sales impact
Market & Ecosystem Development
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with strategic partners (including cloud providers, SIs, and ISVs)
- Travel: Be available for travel, largely within the UK and EU, with occasional global destinations
What You Bring
- AI-Powered Builder: Expertise in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to supercharge workflows, automate routine tasks, and rapidly build sophisticated, interactive product demos for customers
- Graph Database Expertise (Core): Deep expertise in graph technologies is essential, alongside practical experience with the Cypher query language and preferably Neo4j
- Deployment: Demonstrated understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and the core Terraform workflow (init, plan, apply) with the ability to maintain and update existing configurations
- Integration: Comfortable implementing and maintaining data flows between systems using REST APIs for request-response actions and Apache Kafka / Confluent for streaming data
- Development Skills: Hands-on experience with core technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React, and Go
- Software Delivery: Proven capability to successfully implement, integrate, and configure complex software products
- Identity & Authorization: Business and technical expertise in policy design and implementation, alongside familiarity with IAM protocols—specifically OAuth 2.0 and AuthZEN
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- AI Skills: Experience developing AI agents using Python
- LLM & AI Standards: Familiarity with LLM integration patterns (e.g., RAG) and emerging standards like MCP for data connectivity and A2A for multi-agent orchestration
