Enterprise Sales Executive - Treasury Automation & Bacs Payments
Location: UK-based | Remote
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + 10% commission structure + additional performance bonuses
About the Business
Our client is an established UK payments and treasury technology business entering a significant commercial growth phase following recent strategic investment activity.
The company has already developed a production-ready platform with live customers and a strong foundation within the Bacs and corporate payments space. Their technology helps organisations streamline payment operations, automate treasury workflows and improve cash visibility across finance functions.
Solutions include:
- Bacs payment automation
- Direct Debit management
- Treasury and cash visibility tools
- Corporate payment workflows
- Finance automation and bank connectivity
The business is now looking to make its first dedicated commercial hire to help accelerate growth and shape the future go-to-market strategy.

The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early commercial stage as a founding sales hire.
The role is ideally suited to someone entrepreneurial who enjoys building pipeline, developing relationships and helping shape commercial strategy, not simply working within an established sales structure.
You will work closely with leadership to help define:
- Sales strategy
- Market positioning
- Pipeline generation
- Pricing approach
- Customer acquisition strategy
This is a highly autonomous role with significant visibility and influence across the business.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage new business pipeline across mid-market and enterprise customers
- Develop outbound sales strategy and prospecting activity
- Engage finance, treasury and payments stakeholders
- Run consultative sales processes from discovery through to close
- Help shape commercial messaging and market positioning
- Contribute to pricing and go-to-market discussions
- Build relationships within the treasury, payments and finance ecosystem
- Work closely with leadership as the business scales commercially

Ideal Background
Candidates should have experience selling one or more of the following:
- Bacs payment solutions
- Direct Debit platforms
- Treasury automation software
- Cash visibility solutions
- Corporate payments software
- Bank connectivity or finance automation tools
Strong understanding of:
- Treasury workflows
- Corporate finance operations
- Payment operations
- Solution-based B2B sales
Experience selling into finance or treasury stakeholders is highly desirable.
