Enterprise Sales Executive, AI Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive, AI Solutions based in United Kingdom.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, AI Solutions, you’ll be responsible for creating new enterprise relationships and turning the growing demand for AI into measurable business outcomes. You’ll build a portfolio from the ground up, engaging senior decision-makers and helping organizations move from AI experimentation to production. The role combines strategic selling, consultative problem-solving, and deep collaboration with AI, technology, delivery, and industry specialists. You’ll shape tailored solutions spanning AI strategy, agentic solutions, data, platforms, industry applications, partnerships, and managed services. Success requires a true hunter mentality, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-moving AI market, with significant autonomy and ownership over growth.

Accountabilities

  • Build and own a targeted portfolio of enterprise AI accounts, with direct responsibility for new-logo acquisition, revenue growth, pipeline development, and client outcomes.
  • Identify, prioritize, prospect, and develop new enterprise relationships rather than relying on an inherited book of business.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, presentations, negotiations, proposals, and closing of complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop account strategies, opportunity plans, and multi-year growth roadmaps to create sustainable revenue.
  • Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders in strategic conversations around AI transformation, technology environments, operating models, workforce changes, and competitive positioning.
  • Shape tailored AI solutions around client priorities, combining capabilities such as AI strategy and transformation, agentic solutions, enterprise data and knowledge, AI platforms, industry solutions, partnerships, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with AI services leadership, industry leaders, practice specialists, partnerships, pursuits, delivery teams, SDRs, and client partners to develop and execute opportunities.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to expand relationships after initial acquisition and maximize long-term account value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account intelligence, forecasting, and opportunity data to support informed business decisions.
  • Navigate complex procurement and legal processes, including negotiation of enterprise service agreements.
  • Develop client relationships from initial AI initiatives into broader engagements spanning multiple business units, workflows, platforms, and executive stakeholders.
  • Establish credibility through consultative engagement and help clients translate AI strategies and investments into production-ready solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to sales best practices, team rituals, win/loss reviews, and knowledge sharing while mentoring future team members as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
