🌍 Enterprise Sales Executive – First EMEA Sales Hire | London

💸 £90–120k base | Up to £240k OTE
We’re hiring for a bootstrapped facilities intelligence business helping hospitals, data centres, and sports venues take control of their buildings, assets, and energy use.
With around 75 people globally, an Amazon partnership, and existing European revenue, they’re now looking for a commercially sharp enterprise seller to build their EMEA business from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
- 📈 Winning new enterprise accounts through complex, multi-stakeholder sales
- 🌍 Building pipeline and opening markets across EMEA as the region’s first sales hire
- 🤝 Selling into facilities, estates, engineering, and operational stakeholders
- 🚀 Working closely with senior leadership and a London-based HVAC and product expert
- 🧠 Helping shape the regional sales approach, target markets, and commercial messaging

You'll thrive if you:
- ✅ Have a strong enterprise new-business track record - ideally 10+ years, although relevant experience and motivation matter more
- ✅ Understand facilities, building automation, HVAC controls, energy management, or related industrial technology
- ✅ Can navigate technical conversations and build a compelling commercial case across multiple stakeholders
- ✅ Bring the drive and independence to open a region without an established playbook
