Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – GRC SaaS Solutions
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 – £113,000 + Bonus & Commission
Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global provider of SaaS-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. With a strong market presence and over a million users worldwide, this organisation is driving innovation through a powerful, AI-enabled platform that supports risk-aware decision-making across multiple sectors.
We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join the UK team. This is a key hire for the business, offering the chance to play a strategic role in securing new logos, expanding key accounts, and helping major organisations transform their GRC capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full commercial strategy for new business and account expansion
- Proactively generate and qualify leads, tailoring GRC solutions to address client pain points
- Use a consultative approach to deeply understand client challenges and deliver tailored value
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Manage a strong and focused pipeline, including inbound and self-sourced leads
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Navigate complex, high-value deals with clarity, control, and timely execution

What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong record of exceeding targets
- Experience or interest in the GRC space is highly advantageous
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and influence senior stakeholders
- A driven, self-motivated professional with a growth mindset and high emotional intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
