Your Career
Take the lead as an Enterprise Sales Executive at MHR, driving growth and securing high-value business deals. This role is tailored for a seasoned professional who thrives in consultative sales environments, navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with enterprise clients. Your expertise in closing substantial contracts, understanding market trends, and building strong C-suite relationships will position you as a key contributor to MHR’s success.

You will be at the forefront of generating revenue from new enterprise clients (companies with over 8,000 employees), closing deals exceeding £1M in contract value, and ensuring the company meets its ambitious business goals. Your consultative approach and in-depth knowledge of the Payroll and Human Resources market will help secure lasting partnerships with high-profile clients.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets by delivering new business revenue from enterprise clients.
- Self-generate and maintain a pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet and exceed targets.
- Use a consultative sales approach to create and shape opportunities with new prospects.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of MHR’s products, including iTrent, People First, and managed service delivery.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective customers, securing buy-in from C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead sales activities from initial engagement through successful deal closure, navigating sales cycles of 6–12 months.
- Prepare and dispatch high-quality sales documentation to maintain professionalism and continuity with prospects.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and documentation in the CRM system.
- Share all customer and prospect documentation with a centralised file for consistency.
- Ensure all required documentation aligns with MHR’s quality standards and is completed on time.
- Uphold MHR’s professional image in all interactions and presentations.
- Maintain and present all company-allocated equipment to the highest standards.
- Stay informed on competitive activity and market trends.
- Provide feedback and analysis on competitive activity when required.
Skills
- Strong history of success in enterprise-level software and service sales.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Expertise in the Payroll and Human Resources market.
- Ability to self-generate and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and professional presentation.
- Attention to detail with accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
