About the Role
Our Client is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead the acquisition and growth of enterprise clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling B2B products or services to mid-sized and large organisations, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, understand business needs, develop compelling solutions, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across targeted industries and market segments.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify target companies, decision-makers, business needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives, business owners, procurement teams, finance leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business challenges and translate them into appropriate product or service solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, and commercial pitches.
- Develop account strategies for high-value prospects and strategic clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements within approved guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions within the CRM.
- Monitor sales performance against agreed revenue, acquisition, and conversion targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.
- Attend industry events, business meetings, networking sessions, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen business relationships.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Continuously improve sales strategies, processes, and approaches based on market feedback and performance data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B, enterprise, consultative, or solution-based sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Experience selling products or services to corporate, enterprise, or institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B business development.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience managing complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities across different stages of the sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
