Job Title: Enterprise Sales Lead / BDM (Technology/Software Solutions to NHS trusts and private healthcare providers)
Location: UK – via Employer of Record (EOR)
Reports to: CEO

Job Brief
Are you a senior sales professional with a strong network in the UK healthcare and NHS market? We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead / UK Senior BDM to lead high-value sales across NHS trusts and private healthcare providers. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with CIOs, CTOs, and senior healthcare leaders. You will manage the full sales journey — from building relationships and securing pilots to closing major enterprise contracts. You will play a key role in converting a strong existing pipeline and helping grow our presence in the UK healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales process across NHS trusts and private healthcare providers.
- Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and lead executive-level customer meetings.
- Turn qualified opportunities and pilots into long-term contracts.
- Manage complex, high-value sales with longer decision and procurement cycles.
- Understand and work with NHS procurement frameworks, including G-Cloud and DPS.
- Use consultative and value-based selling to show clear customer value.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep the CRM clean and up to date.
- Work closely with Product and Clinical Advisors to support strong customer discussions.
- Build and expand relationships across key NHS and private healthcare accounts.
- Take full ownership of sales targets, pipeline growth, and revenue results.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 8+ years of proven experience in UK healthcare or NHS enterprise SaaS sales.
- Strong track record of selling to NHS trusts or UK healthcare organisations.
- Proven experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives.
- Strong record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience managing long sales cycles from opportunity to contract.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
Nice to Have
- An existing network across NHS trusts and private healthcare providers.
- Experience working with NHS procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud and DPS.
- Experience in value-based or consultative enterprise selling.
- Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions within healthcare.
