Job Summary
Valiantys is now looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead to help us grow our services and digital transformation business in the UK.
This is a role for someone who enjoys opening important conversations, shaping complex opportunities and turning executive priorities into measurable business outcomes. You will sell high-value consulting and professional services engagements, not transactional products or standalone licenses, and work closely with consulting and delivery leaders to create solutions that matter.
Two ways to make an impact
Depending on your experience, strengths and ambitions, your role may lean towards one of two areas:
Strategic Accounts
For senior sales professionals who are comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders, navigating complex organizations and expanding strategic customer relationships over time.
You will build trusted executive relationships, identify transformation priorities, create long-term account strategies and grow the value Valiantys delivers across a customer organization.
Enterprise Growth
For high-performing enterprise sellers who thrive on creating demand, opening new logos and winning complex opportunities in competitive markets.
You will identify whitespace, build relationships from the ground up, create compelling business cases and bring new enterprise customers into the Valiantys ecosystem.
The common thread is the ability to create momentum: from the first strategic conversation to a signed engagement and a relationship that continues to grow.
What you will do
Shape transformation opportunities
- Engage senior business, technology and transformation leaders to understand their priorities, challenges and desired outcomes.
- Lead discovery and advisory conversations that move beyond technology features and focus on business value.
- Identify, qualify and shape complex consulting, cloud and professional services opportunities.
- Partner with consulting and delivery leaders to design tailored transformation programs and compelling proposals.
- Build clear business cases that connect customer priorities to measurable outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Create revenue growth
- Develop and execute a territory and account plan based on market insight, customer priorities and commercial objectives.
- Build pipeline through a healthy mix of strategic networking, targeted prospecting, partner collaboration and account expansion.
- Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts as well as new-logo opportunities.
- Own complex sales cycles from initial hypothesis through negotiation, close and handover.
- Create win-win-win outcomes for the client, Atlassian and Valiantys.
Build executive-level relationships
- Establish credibility with C-level stakeholders, senior executives and transformation sponsors.
- Map complex organizations and build multi-threaded relationships across business, technology, delivery and procurement teams.
- Navigate stakeholders with different priorities and create alignment around a shared transformation agenda.
- Work with strategic partners to create co-selling opportunities and deepen joint customer relationships.
- Ensure that customer expectations, commercial commitments and delivery realities remain aligned.
Bring commercial discipline
- Maintain accurate forecasting, qualification and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.
- Apply MEDDPICC or a similar methodology to create clarity, momentum and accountability.
- Contribute to strategic account planning, regional strategy and commercial reporting.
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust priorities based on data, market signals and customer engagement.
- Share insight, best practices and relevant market intelligence with the wider sales organization.
What you need to be successful
You may come from enterprise consulting, professional services, cloud transformation, advisory, SaaS or technology sales. You might have built your experience in an environment such as Accenture, Capgemini, Salesforce, Gartner, SAP or a comparable organization. What matters most is not the logo on your CV, but the complexity and value of the outcomes you have created.
You will bring most of the following:
- Significant experience in enterprise IT or professional services sales, ideally with a track record of selling consulting, transformation, cloud or managed services engagements.
- A proven ability to create and close complex, high-value opportunities, including multi-stakeholder and multi-year sales cycles.
- Strong prospecting and business development capability. You are comfortable creating demand and opening doors, not only managing inbound opportunities or existing accounts.
- Value-selling expertise. You can translate a customer challenge into a credible business case and articulate the business impact of taking action.
- Executive presence. You are trusted by senior decision-makers and can communicate with clarity, confidence and commercial maturity.
- A structured approach to sales. You know how to qualify, progress and forecast opportunities using MEDDPICC or a comparable methodology.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. You can build the plan and make the calls, but you are also willing to do the work required to create momentum.
- Commercial curiosity. You understand how organizations make decisions, how transformation budgets are created and how partners can jointly create value.
- Strong collaboration skills. You know how to bring consultants, delivery teams, partners and executives together around a shared opportunity.
- Fluency in French and English. You are comfortable working with clients and colleagues in an international environment.
