About The Company

A fast-growing AI company is transforming how financial institutions manage regulatory compliance.

By leveraging AI to interpret regulations, monitor regulatory change, and streamline compliance processes, the company helps banks, insurers, and fintechs operate more efficiently while maintaining audit readiness and regulatory confidence.

Following strong market traction and recent investment, the team is expanding its commercial presence in the UK.

The Opportunity

The company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive growth within the UK financial services market.

This role is focused on building and closing strategic opportunities with banks, insurers, fintechs, and other regulated financial institutions. Success will require navigating complex organisations, managing multiple stakeholders, and developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and Executive teams.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious company at an early stage and play a key role in establishing and scaling its presence in one of Europe's most important financial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through contract signature.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for key UK financial institutions.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Navigate complex procurement and enterprise buying processes.
  • Identify, develop, and leverage champions within target accounts.
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to ensure customer needs are effectively represented.
  • Develop a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance challenges within financial services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Help shape the company's go-to-market strategy and commercial presence in the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
