Job Description
We're looking for a determined Senior Enterprise Sales Leader / Account Manager who can confidently articulate our value proposition to senior decision-makers across the European Asset Owner market - corporate pension schemes, local government pension funds (LGPS), sovereign wealth funds, and insurers, front to back office. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the SaaS revolution we're driving in the EMEA market and play a visible role in the growth of Clearwater's Asset Owner vertical.
You'll be responsible for the expansion of existing clients. With deep domain knowledge of Clearwater and the addressable market, you'll drive the end-to-end upsell process - identifying pain points and offering solutions in calls, demos, meetings, at conferences, and in the market. You'll grow business within our existing client base and expand and upsell Clearwater's product offerings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
