About the Role
We are looking for someone with an excellent track record in solution sales into medium/enterprise retail or a super mid market/enterprise new business software sales professional! Someone on the up who can help build!
Who You Would Be Learning From
These guys have built 10 Sales teams for the CRO, who has in turn built six companies from the ground up. The one you may know is Fleetmatics — a SaaS business he helped found and where he led global sales, taken to a New York Stock Exchange listing and then acquired by Verizon for $2.4 billion. He has personally trained over 5,000 salespeople.
What We Offer
The client is a subscription-based body-worn camera and cloud evidence platform. (Disruptor in a growing sector) Cameras on the ground, intelligent asset management in the cloud, paid for monthly rather than as a huge upfront hit to the customer's cash flow. It is a proper solution sale in a market moving from $10 billion today to a projected $30 billion by 2030.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- The business is funded — a $20 million Series A from Boston growth equity firm Volition Capital — with more than 700 customer teams already using the platform across the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
- We are now developing our focus in the UK/England and then we are expanding into Europe.
What You Will Actually Do
- Own the full sales cycle — prospect, qualify, demo, propose, close and work with a strong BDE - work with exciting senior AE, developing existing business and 70-80% closing new accounts!
- Build your own target lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, rather than waiting on marketing
- Run consultative discovery with operations, security, risk, and HSE leaders on how they handle incidents today
- Sell into private security, retail, transport and logistics, healthcare, education, and hospitality
- Manage a clean pipeline and a forecast you can stand behind
- Set the standard the rest of the Glasgow team will be measured against.
What We Need
- A track record of B2B new business you can put real numbers against — target versus achieved, and commission actually earned
- Experience owning a deal end to end, not just booking meetings for somebody else
- Comfortable making outbound approaches to people who were not expecting you
- Organised on a CRM without being chased
- Track record of being hybrid or remote with a home office but flexible and buy into the big picture!
- Whatever it takes and then rewards will follow!
