About this role

Join our Just Eat for Business team and play a pivotal role in scaling our corporate catering offering across the UK. You'll own the full sales cycle—from identifying high-potential accounts to closing deals that bring workplace food experiences to companies nationwide. Working with a collaborative, ambitious team, you'll embody our values of lead, deliver, and care as you drive growth through customer-centric solutions and relentless execution. Location: London – Hybrid working
Reporting to: Sales Team Lead

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Own the full sales cycle: self-generate outbound pipeline and close inbound enquiries to build a robust corporate catering book.
  • Prospect and engage target companies using lead tools, LinkedIn and company research with personalised, high-impact outreach.
  • Sell the full Just Eat for Business platform, including Group Ordering, Individual Ordering with allowances, and Office Catering for meetings, events and pop-ups.
  • Build tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts that balance competitive wins with sustainable value for both parties.
  • Track every deal in CRM from day one: maintain a clean pipeline, accurate forecasting and clear next steps to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with account management, operations and marketing to ensure seamless handover from sale to launch, delivering excellence at every stage.
  • Drive growth through volume, deal size and relentless follow-through, consistently aiming higher to surpass targets and deliver exceptional results.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota through measurable, results-driven performance.
  • Full-cycle sales capability: outbound prospecting, converting inbound leads, pipeline generation and closing deals with confidence and precision.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders from office managers to C-suite executives.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn quickly, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment without heavy oversight.
  • Hands-on CRM proficiency with a focus on clean pipeline management, accurate forecasting and transparent reporting.
  • Experience building tailored commercial proposals and negotiating contracts that deliver competitive value while maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to seamless teamwork across account management, operations and marketing to help one another succeed and achieve shared goals.
