BETER is an international product group of companies operating in the B2B segment, specializing in fast sports and esports tournaments and technological solutions for their distribution.

BETER is the exclusive rights holder of tournament products, broadcasting rights, and official data, and ensures their organization through professional tournament operators, including Setka Cup and ESportsBattle, which conduct official sports and esports events in accordance with established standards and under the auspices of relevant federations and regulatory requirements.

We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to open our highest-value accounts worldwide, a hunter with an established network who can reach top-tier operators regardless of region. This is a global new-business role focused on the biggest, most strategic targets. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to signed deal and integration kick-off.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the international outbound pipeline for high-value strategic and enterprise targets.
  • Take deals end-to-end: discovery, demo, proposal, and integration kick-off.
  • Open top-tier accounts globally using your existing operator network.
  • Manage complex, long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Represent BETER's sports and esports data and odds products at the senior operator level.
  • Keep the CRM disciplined and hit agreed pipeline targets.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B iGaming sales, ideally with sportsbook or data-feed providers.
  • A proven track record closing large enterprise or strategic deals internationally.
  • An established network of senior operator contacts across multiple regions.
  • Experience owning complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Fluent English, additional languages a plus.
