About Systango
Systango (NSE: SYSTANGO) is a global digital engineering company trusted by Porsche, Deloitte, MGM Grand, Grindr, and Tawk.to. We build custom technology solutions across Gen AI, AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud, Data Engineering, FinTech, and Software Development.
We help SMEs, scale-ups, and mid-market businesses solve complex technology challenges through scalable, secure, and business-focused digital engineering solutions.
About The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the UK market.
This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC), hunter-focused role. You will independently own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
The primary focus is new-logo acquisition. Once an account is won, you will also identify opportunities to expand the relationship through our land-and-expand sales model.
This is a high-ownership role with no inherited territory. You will be expected to build pipeline independently through outbound prospecting, networking, events, referrals, partnerships, and your existing UK network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business development and new-logo acquisition across the UK.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Independently prospect through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and personal relationships.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and engage with senior technology decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Product, and Technology Directors.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand business and technology challenges.
- Position and sell IT services, digital engineering, software development, AI/GenAI, cloud, data engineering, and digital transformation solutions.
- Work with internal pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop proposals, solution approaches, SOWs, and commercial offerings.
- Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Leverage technology and hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake to generate and accelerate opportunities.
- Represent Systango at relevant UK technology, AI, FinTech, cloud, and digital engineering events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline information, forecasting, and opportunity updates.
- Consistently achieve agreed revenue, pipeline, and new-business targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
