Client Details

Our client is a fast-growing CareTech business helping care providers improve compliance, visibility and quality of care through innovative software solutions.

Having built a strong reputation within the social care market, the business is now entering its next phase of growth. Backed by experienced leadership and ambitious plans, they are investing in a more strategic enterprise sales capability to accelerate growth amongst larger care groups and multi-site operators.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of the company's journey, with the chance to influence commercial strategy and play a key role in future success.

Description

This is a newly created role focused on helping a growing CareTech business win larger, more strategic customers.

Historically, the business has been highly successful selling to smaller providers through inbound demand and a strong product offering. The next phase of growth is different. The focus is now on larger care groups, complex buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

You'll lead enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through to close, building relationships with operational leaders, senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders across the care sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Win new business with large multi-site care groups.
  • Lead strategic sales opportunities and enterprise deals.
  • Navigate RFPs, procurement processes and complex buying journeys.
  • Build relationships with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with SDRs, marketing and customer success teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Help shape the future enterprise sales approach as the business scales.

Profile

We're looking for a proven healthcare technology salesperson who knows how to win complex deals and build credibility with senior stakeholders.

You'll have experience selling SaaS, HealthTech or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions into healthcare providers, care groups, NHS organisations or other regulated clinical environments.

You'll bring:

  • A track record of winning new business in healthcare technology.
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales cycles.
  • Confidence engaging operational, clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Experience navigating procurement, tenders or RFPs.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular access to a Central London office.

Job Offer

  • A salary range of £60,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
