About the role:

We're opening a dedicated Enterprise SDR position focused exclusively on our largest accounts across the UKI and US markets. This is not a standard SDR seat: rather than covering a broad pipeline, you'll concentrate entirely on identifying, engaging and opening conversations with major fitness and wellness groups—the kind of accounts that reshape a market when they sign.

It's a senior role built for someone who already knows how to run thoughtful, research-led outbound into complex organisations, navigate multiple stakeholders, and get taken seriously by senior decision-makers. You'll work closely with Account Executives and the wider go-to-market team to build and convert a high-value Enterprise pipeline.

🎯 What will be your impact:

  • Own outbound prospecting into named Enterprise accounts across UKI and the US (large chains, franchises, multi-location and multi-brand operators).
  • Build tailored, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) rather than high-volume templated sequences—quality and relevance over volume.
  • Research target organisations deeply: map stakeholders, understand their operating model, and craft a point of view that resonates with senior buyers.
  • Book and qualify high-value meetings for Account Executives, and partner with them on account strategy.
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team—what's landing, what large operators care about, and where the opportunities are.
  • Keep the CRM clean and pipeline data reliable so we can forecast and prioritise accurately.
  • Identify, source and actively work with potential partners to support account growth and generate additional pipeline, alongside prospecting named accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🌟What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in an SDR / BDR or comparable outbound sales role, ideally with exposure to Mid Market or Enterprise (accounts worth €50k–€100k) selling (several years of relevant experience).
  • Experience managing long outbound sales cycles, typically one to three months.
  • A proven track record of opening doors at larger, more complex organisations—you're comfortable reaching and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and spoken English (native or fully fluent) for the UKI and US markets.
  • A marketer's mindset: you'd rather send ten sharp, well-targeted messages than a hundred generic ones.
  • Resilience, autonomy and strong organisation—Enterprise cycles are longer, and you know how to stay consistent.
  • Comfort with a modern sales stack (CRM—we use Hubspot—, sequencing and enrichment tools).
  • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • AI mindset: experience using AI tools to make the outbound process more efficient.
