Enterprise Service Management Specialist - ServiceNow

Location: UK-based / Hybrid

Salary: £75,000 OTE £40,000 plus many core benefits

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management Specialist to help drive the continued growth of our ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management proposition.

The role will combine business development, ServiceNow licensing advisory, implementation advisory and sales enablement, supporting both existing customers and new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert across the wider sales organisation, helping account teams identify opportunities, qualify and shape requirements, and work alongside pre-sales teams to develop commercially compelling solutions.

A key focus of the role will be increasing internal awareness and adoption of the ServiceNow proposition, while developing a growing pipeline of enterprise and public sector opportunities. The current pipeline has a strong public sector focus, with several significant opportunities already in progress. The successful candidate will play an important role in converting these opportunities while developing a repeatable growth model, particularly within public sector accounts where successful reference customers can generate further opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
