Enterprise Solutions Manager, Managed by Industrious

About Managed by Industrious

For the last decade, companies with real workplace needs have solved them the hard way: building an internal real estate team, running a self-delivery project with a dozen different vendors, and hoping it all comes together on time. Managed by Industrious exists to break that model. We combine the operational expertise we've built running premium flexible workspace at scale with tailored, single-tenant solutions, so landlords and enterprise clients get a fully outsourced, hospitality-driven workplace, without the internal headcount or the fragmented delivery chain. It's our newest product line, and one of the fastest growing parts of the business.

The Opportunity

We're at the point where the model is proven and the demand is real, but the playbook is still being written. This role sits right at the center of that build. You'll take opportunities from a client's first conversation with us through to a signed deal and a live, operating space, working closely with the GM of Enterprise Solutions and a small, senior, fast-moving team. You won't be slotting into a fully formed process. You'll be helping define what that process becomes as the business scales across Europe.

Why Industrious

We've spent the last decade becoming the highest quality provider of flexible workspace in the market. Managed by Industrious is us taking that same operational rigor and hospitality standard and applying it to a completely different kind of client relationship, one where you're building a bespoke, single-tenant solution rather than selling into an existing space. It's early enough that you'll genuinely shape how this product line operates in Europe, and established enough that you're doing it with the backing, brand, and delivery capability of a company that's already proven this model works.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A client reaches out needing a dedicated space for a growing team, say 150 people, in a European city where we don't yet have a foothold for them. You get on the phone to understand what they're actually solving for: who's working there, what the culture needs to feel like, what's non-negotiable and what's flexible. You bring our design team in as a thought partner and land on a brief. From there you're in the market, working with brokerage channels to shortlist two or three sites that could work, and touring the client through them alongside you.

Once you've got a favorite or two, you're building pricing, which means understanding the landlord's lease terms on one side and our own design, build, and operating costs on the other, and pulling all of it into a proposal that's honest about what it will take to deliver. If the client is in, you're moving toward signing high-level commercial terms with them and with the landlord at close to the same time, then spending the following weeks getting both to a final agreement.

The moment ink is dry, you're handing a clean, well-briefed project to design and construction, and making sure everything you promised the client is something the business can actually deliver, on time and on budget.

What You Will Own

  • You will manage the full lifecycle of a Managed by Industrious deal, from the first client conversation through to a live, operating space.
  • You will translate what a client says they need into a workable, costed real estate and design solution, working closely with our design team to get there.
  • You will lead landlord and broker relationships on every deal, negotiating lease terms that protect us and set the project up to succeed.
  • You will build the commercial model and client-facing proposal for each opportunity, pulling together lease costs, build costs, and operating costs into a single coherent picture.
  • You will run point on the transaction itself, from high-level commercial terms through to final signed agreements with both the client and the landlord.
  • You will hand projects to our design and construction teams with everything they need to deliver on what was promised, and stay close enough through delivery that nothing gets lost in the handoff.
  • You will help build our own playbook as you go, documenting what works so the next deal moves faster than the last one.
  • You will generate your own opportunities when the pipeline calls for it. This isn't a role where you only work what's handed to you.

You Will Love This Role If

  • You get real energy from being the person who makes a complex deal actually happen, not just one piece of it.
  • You're comfortable holding two sides of a negotiation at once, a client who needs to be won over and a landlord who needs to be managed, and you don't lose the thread of either.
  • You'd rather help build a process than inherit a finished one, and you're not precious about the fact that things will change again next month.
  • You want to be trusted with real accountability early, and you're motivated by seeing a project through from a first phone call to a space full of people.
  • You're genuinely energized by the idea that you're building something inside a much larger, established company, without giving up the pace or ownership of a smaller one.

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

  • You want a role with a fixed, well-worn process to execute against. This one is still being written, and you'll be one of the people writing it.
  • You'd rather stay on one side of a deal. This role asks you to be genuinely fluent on both the client side and the real estate side, not just conversant in one.
  • Ambiguity slows you down rather than something you push through. Our team is small and things move fast, so you'll often be figuring it out as you go.
  • You're looking for a role where business development isn't part of the job. When the pipeline needs it, you'll be picking up the phone yourself.

What We Are Looking For

  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals or projects through to completion, ideally where you were the person holding the whole thing together rather than one workstream within it.
  • Strong client-facing instincts. You can sit across from a senior stakeholder, understand what they actually need underneath what they're asking for, and turn that into a solution they trust.
  • Comfort working both sides of a transaction. Experience with landlords, brokers, or portfolio-side real estate work is a strong plus, alongside client or account-facing experience.
  • Someone who's excited by the idea of building a new business line inside an established, high-quality company, and who wants the accountability that comes with that.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary, depending on experience, skills, and role alignment in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program. But compensation is only part of the story.

At Industrious, we believe a good workplace supports the whole person. Not just the work they do. Our benefits are designed to give people the stability, flexibility, and room to grow that make a career sustainable.

Our Benefits May Include:

  • Heavily subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans to support you and your family
  • Flexible paid time off, to maintain balance
  • Paid parental leave to help you welcome a new child and focus on what matters most
  • Annual professional development grants so you can keep learning and growing
  • 401(k) retirement savings program to support long-term financial wellbeing
  • Wellness initiatives and additional employee support programs

Specific benefits may vary by role, location, and eligibility requirements.

Equal Employment Opportunity

Industrious is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity. We have a long-standing commitment to providing equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, veteran status, political belief, or any other basis protected by applicable law.
