Enterprise Systems Advisory Lead

We’re looking for an Enterprise Systems Advisory Lead to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Advisory Lead to shape and drive the strategy, architecture, governance, and commercial direction of Enterprise Systems across Liberty Blume. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in defining how Finance, ERP, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, and Corporate Applications evolve to support both Liberty Blume and our growing customer base.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic thinking, enterprise architecture, business development, and advisory delivery. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement, and Operations to deliver technology-enabled transformation, create compelling customer propositions, and identify innovative opportunities that drive measurable business value.

You'll also act as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies, AI, enterprise platforms, and transformation initiatives, ensuring our systems strategy supports growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes. Alongside leading a small team, you'll influence senior decision-making, support customer engagements, and help shape the future of Enterprise Systems within Liberty Blume

What will you be doing?

  • Own and evolve Liberty Blume's Enterprise Systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Define target-state enterprise architectures across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, and Corporate Applications.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve automation, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders, system owners, and customers to translate strategic goals into technology roadmaps and transformation plans.
  • Lead Enterprise Systems advisory engagements, providing strategic guidance and architecture governance across programmes and initiatives.
  • Support solution architecture activities, ensuring proposed solutions align to enterprise strategy, architecture standards, and business requirements.
  • Develop customer propositions, capability roadmaps, and service offerings that support business growth and customer success.
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, business cases, and commercial discussions with prospective and existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends, vendor capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with delivery, commercial, and finance teams to ensure services are delivered within agreed budgets and expected benefits are realised.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor across Liberty Blume and customer organisations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Systems professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
