The CACI Enterprise Systems Business Unit focuses primarily on the Cygnum and Certa software solutions. Cygnum is our leading enterprise resource planning software solution that’s helping organizations from inspection to rail do more and be more efficient. It does that by joining up vital processes, people, and places. Underpinned by a single, scalable database, Cygnum offers a rich array of functional modules which automate, organize, and make sense of your business.

Role And Responsibilities

A vacancy has arisen for a Relationship Manager in the Business Development team of the CACI Enterprise Systems Business Unit. Based in West Kensington, London, Enterprise Systems delivers and maintains innovative enterprise application solutions for clients in high-profile vertical market sectors, in particular the Central Government, Rail, and Care & Support markets.

This role will be focused on managing a portfolio of client accounts to which we supply our Cygnum solution. You will have responsibility for protecting and growing these accounts commercially and will hold key relationships between our organization and our clients. You will need to operate and communicate with day-to-day business and application leads up to Director level, and onsite presence from time to time is also important. Negotiating mutually beneficial business positions and maintaining excellent client relationships here is paramount. In addition, the role will require a good understanding of our technical solution and a strong appreciation of the value of team-play internally between different departments.

Core Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required

  • Strong understanding of, and demonstrable key account management expertise
  • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
  • Strong written, presentation, and numerical ability
  • Comfortable with technology, previous knowledge of enterprise software preferred
  • Previous experience with public sector, transport
  • Educated to degree level, minimum 2:1 preferred
