How We Work
- AI-First & Data-Driven: We leverage the latest tech (or build our own) to let our people put their brains to use where they matter most
- In control: As a self-financed startup, we make decisions, not investors
- Ownership: We own our work, our wins, and our mistakes. It’s how we grow and improve
- Excellence: We don't settle for “good enough.” Exceptional is the bar, in everything we do
- Transparency: What you see is what you get. Open communication, honest processes, and no surprises
- Candour: Bold, honest conversations that inspire new ideas and solve problems
About The Role
We’re hiring an Enterprise Value Engineer (Presales) to shape and win enterprise ERP automation decisions: you reframe problems, quantify the cost of inaction, and prove value through tailored workshops and demos. Partnering with an AE, you own technical leadership, value articulation, and de-risking security/integration—building alignment across CFO/CIO-led buying committees.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Own
Insight-led discovery & deal shaping
- Practice insight selling: challenge the customer’s initial framing, introduce a sharper point of view on where value is actually trapped (exceptions, approvals, master data, controls), and reframe urgency using cost-of-inaction.
- Lead discovery across CFO/CIO/Shared Services/Procurement to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction—and translate that into a crisp target-state narrative and mutual action plan.
Solution design & technical leadership
- Architect a tailored solution: scope, rollout approach, integration pattern, security posture, and success criteria.
- Run deep dives with IT/security and articulate how blp works in enterprise environments (ERP digital twin, data synchronization, governance and controls).
Demos, workshops & executive storytelling
- Deliver high-impact demos that map to customer workflows (P2P, AP, S2P) and prove outcomes—not features.
- Facilitate workshops that turn stakeholder skepticism into a tangible blueprint and path to value.
Value engineering (business case support)
- Build a credible value narrative: labor productivity capacity, cycle time reduction, compliance/control improvements, and stack simplification.
- Support champions and the AE with executive-ready business-case inputs, impact ranges, and rollout economics.
Competitive positioning
- Position blp against point tools and fragmented stacks (OCR/IDP/workflow/process mining/RPA) with an “end-to-end + exceptions-first” narrative.
- Help the deal team land a clear “why now” anchored in operational risk, ERP program success, and enterprise scale requirements.
