Job Description
As Entertainment & Luxury Sales Manager, you will be the ambassador for Cambridge House across these specialty markets, driving revenue through leisure, corporate, and group segments. A key member of the sales team, you will help Cambridge House establish itself as a beacon of upscale entertainment, refined partnerships, and unforgettable experiences in Mayfair. Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing revenue opportunities within the Entertainment industry and the Luxury sector. As part of the pre-opening team, the Entertainment & Luxury Sales Manager will play a critical role in building awareness and securing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive measurable growth in revenue, market share, and account penetration across Entertainment, & Luxury segments, contributing to the commercial success of Cambridge House.
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of Entertainment & Luxury accounts, building long-term relationships and generating repeat business.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, client meetings, site inspections, and market prospecting.
- Conduct regular client engagement, domestic and international sales travel, and market visits to strengthen partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to conversion, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Events, Food & Beverage, Reservations, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and developments across the luxury, entertainment, corporate, and leisure sectors, sharing insights to support commercial strategy.
- Represent Cambridge House at trade shows, familiarisation trips, networking events, client functions, and industry showcases to strengthen brand awareness and develop new business relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline reporting, account plans, and forecasts to support effective business planning.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process, ensuring long-term loyalty, repeat business, and strong account growth.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in entertainment sales, luxury sales, or related roles within high-end hotels or luxury travel environments.
- Established international relationships within entertainment, luxury, and premium sectors.
- Proven record of creating, selling, and executing transient and group business within these specialty markets.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Confident presenter, storyteller, and communicator.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high expectation environment.
- Strong understanding of the London luxury market, especially the kind of entertainment, luxury, and brand collaboration expected in Mayfair.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
