We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation and delivery of RFYN’s entertainment programmes, working across our growing portfolio of hospitality venues, events and brand partners.

The role goes far beyond scheduling artists. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything we sell creatively is delivered properly - managing performers, clients, suppliers, bookings, logistics, systems and the inevitable last-minute challenges that come with live entertainment.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of:
- Managing weekly and monthly DJ, musician and performer schedules across multiple venues
- Booking and coordinating DJs, vocalists, saxophonists, percussionists, dancers and other entertainment
- Managing artist availability, confirmations, fees and last-minute cover
- Sending detailed artist briefs including call times, set formats, dress codes, access information and technical requirements
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for established RFYN clients
- Managing client requests, schedule changes and operational queries
- Overseeing entertainment calendars, residencies, matchdays, events and one-off activations
- Ensuring every booking is delivered professionally and to the standard expected by RFYN and our clients
- Managing artist performance and client feedback, and helping maintain the quality of our roster
- Coordinating equipment hire, production companies, sound engineers and external suppliers
- Supporting technical requirements including DJ equipment, PA systems, microphones and venue AV
- Managing artist invoices, booking costs and assisting with client invoicing
- Understanding booking margins and flagging commercial or operational issues
- Helping onboard new venues once contracts are agreed, turning creative concepts into workable entertainment programmes
- Recruiting and onboarding new performers as the RFYN roster continues to grow
- Developing and improving internal systems, processes, booking procedures and operational workflows
- Producing clear weekly reporting on upcoming bookings, issues, client feedback and anything requiring senior input
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing client accounts through additional entertainment services
