Position: Entertainment Team Manager

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Bonus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus

We’re looking for Entertainment Team Managers who are experienced in multi-venue operations, live shows, and tours, and excited to lead a team of entertainers dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for every guest.

As an Entertainment Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our entertainment line-up, overseeing organisation, logistics, and daily operations to bring the magic to life! Working with the Head of Activities, you’ll motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional experiences while continuously raising the bar. This role is all about making memories that last a lifetime… and it just might be the opportunity of a lifetime for you, too!

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Resource Management: Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
  • Training and Development: Support staff development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.

Whilst we will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do, the ideal candidate will…

  • Have previously worked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainment industry.
  • Have proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and productions.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
  • Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adapt to any changes.
  • Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Our Entertainment Team Managers are required to work 5 or 6 days per week.

Hours will include evenings and weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to provide ‘right to work’ documents to confirm they are 18+ and can legally work in the UK.

Additionally, successful candidates will be required to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
