Entrata Implementation Consultant – Student Accommodation / Multifamily

Duration: 12 months
Our client is a leading real estate client within the Student Accommodation and Multifamily sector is currently undertaking a significant technology transformation and is looking for an experienced Entrata Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of their Entrata platform.
This is a specialist opportunity for someone with extensive Entrata implementation experience and a strong understanding of the real estate sector, ideally with a proven track record delivering implementations across PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) and/or Multifamily portfolios.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure Entrata is configured, implemented and adopted effectively across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Entrata implementations from initial design through to go-live.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate these into effective Entrata solutions.
- Configure Entrata to support property management, leasing, resident management and operational processes.
- Support data migration, integrations, testing and system configuration.
- Lead or support UAT, defect management and go-live activities.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through Entrata.
- Provide expertise across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training and deployment.
