URGENT HIRING – ENTRY LEVEL 2 ENGLISH FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TEACHER

NERRG Global Academy is an Open Awards Approved Centre and is urgently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Entry Level 2 English Functional Skills Teacher to join our team.

URGENT START – 13TH OCTOBER 2026

We are looking for a teacher who can start from next week, Tuesday 13th October 2026.

The Role

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Has proven experience teaching English Functional Skills, particularly at Entry Level 2
  • Lives in the UK
  • Is confident teaching online
  • Can plan and deliver engaging online lessons
  • Can support learners to develop their English skills and prepare for their assessments
  • Is reliable, organised and committed to learner success

Teaching Schedule

  • Start Date: Tuesday, 13th October 2026
  • Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Frequency: 3 sessions per week
  • Delivery: Online

Key Responsibilities

The successful teacher will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and delivering weekly online lessons
  • Preparing appropriate learning materials and activities
  • Setting weekly homework
  • Marking homework and providing constructive feedback
  • Monitoring learners’ progress and supporting their development

Pay

ÂŁ15 per hour

Essential Requirements

  • Experience teaching Functional Skills English
  • Experience teaching Entry Level 2 learners
  • Must be UK-based
  • Must be available for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evening sessions
  • Must be available to start on 13th October 2026
  • Good communication and online teaching skills
  • Reliable, organised and professional
