Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultant – InterEx Group
Location: London | Full Time | Office-Based

Are you competitive, ambitious and motivated by results?
InterEx Group is looking for driven people to join our London team as Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultants.
You don't need recruitment or technology experience. We're looking for people who are confident, commercially minded and hungry to succeed. We'll teach you the recruitment and technology side through our hands-on training programme.
What You'll Do
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll work across both sales and recruitment, building your own desk and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
You'll learn to:
- Win new business and build client relationships
- Prospect and generate new opportunities
- Source and engage candidates
- Build your own candidate and client network
- Manage interviews and the recruitment process
- Negotiate and close placements
- Develop your own specialist market
- Work towards clear revenue and performance targets
