Entry-Level Account Executive (360 Sales) – Global Logistics

Location: Cwmbran (Field-Based, Client-Facing Role)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who are keen to build a rewarding long-term career in sales.

No prior sales or logistics experience is required. If you're motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine 360 Account Executive position, offering exposure to the complete sales cycle from the outset. You'll engage with business owners, attend face-to-face meetings, and learn how to sell solutions that help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage SME businesses across your designated territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
  • Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Demonstrate and sell a market-leading digital logistics platform
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
