Junior Account Executive
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven Junior Account Executive to join a growing business in the Preston area, offering excellent earning potential, structured development, and genuine career progression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a full 360 sales role and wants the autonomy to manage their own pipeline while being supported by comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business opportunities.
- Identifying and engaging potential SME customers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
- Managing onboarding, pricing discussions, billing queries, and service improvements.
- Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers and supporting their long-term success.
- Working towards performance targets and progression milestones.

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, proactive, and positive attitude.
- A genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and motivation.
