G&E Partners is a specialist Executive Search firm working across Construction, Data Centres and Supply Chain. This is not an average recruitment role - we partner with some of the most influential businesses in the US, helping them hire the senior leaders who drive growth and shape the future of their industries.
Unlike many graduate schemes, we hire exclusively at entry level and promote from within. Every Manager and Director in the business started in the same role you'll be joining, which means the progression path is clear, achievable and based entirely on performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with senior professionals and business leaders
- Headhunting and interviewing high-performing candidates
- Developing new client relationships through business development and networking
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Becoming a market expert within your specialist sector

What We're Looking For
We're far more interested in mindset than your degree.
Our top performers are competitive, ambitious and motivated by success. Many have backgrounds in sport, leadership positions, societies, part-time sales roles or other environments where they've pushed themselves beyond the minimum.
- Recent (1-2 years) graduates or final-year students graduating in 2026
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive mindset and resilience
- Ambition to build a successful long-term career
- Coachable, curious and eager to learn
