Entry-Level Business Development Representative
Victoria, London | £32,000 Base Salary + £10,000-£12,000 OTE

What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in helping businesses discover solutions that support their growth.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Speaking with business leaders via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
- Booking meetings for our recruitment, training, and apprenticeship teams
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across a variety of industries
- Learning the fundamentals of modern B2B sales from experienced mentors
- Identifying opportunities for businesses to invest in people development and emerging technology solutions
- Working alongside a supportive and ambitious team that genuinely wants to see you succeed
