Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) Manchester / Cheshire | Hybrid Working
£28,000–£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a fast-growing business looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their commercial skills, earn uncapped commission, and build a long-term career in a high-performance sales environment.
You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support from experienced sales professionals, with a clear path for progression as you develop.
The Opportunity
As an Entry-Level BDR, you'll play an important role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team. You'll identify potential customers, engage with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and create qualified opportunities for the next stage of the sales process.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, driven, resilient, and eager to learn. No previous sales experience is required — we're looking for attitude, ambition, and the desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with prospective clients and introduce them to the company's products or services.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings and appointments for the wider sales team.
- Build professional relationships with prospective customers and senior decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Work closely with experienced BDRs and sales professionals to develop your sales skills.
- Take part in regular coaching, training, and development sessions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Degree educated or graduate calibre.
- Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Ambitious and motivated to build a career in sales.
- Competitive and driven by achieving targets.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment, sport, or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
