Entry Level Business Development & Sales Representative

Looking to kick-start a career in business development and sales where your attitude matters more than your experience?
Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in Manchester. We're currently seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join their team as an Entry Level Business Development & Sales Representative.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to develop commercial experience in business development, customer engagement, sales, and relationship building. No previous experience is required, as full training, ongoing coaching, and structured development will be provided from day one.
This is a community-based, face-to-face opportunity where you'll engage directly with customers in community based locations across Manchester where people live, work, and shop. You'll represent nationally recognised charity campaigns, helping to raise awareness, build meaningful connections, and encourage long-term support.

About the Role
As an Entry Level Business Development & Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in building relationships with members of the public while representing meaningful charity campaigns.
Your focus will be on creating positive customer experiences, raising awareness of the organisations you represent, and helping people understand the impact their ongoing support can make.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with members of the public through professional face-to-face conversations
- Representing nationally recognised charity campaigns with confidence and enthusiasm
- Building rapport and developing positive customer relationships
- Raising brand awareness within local communities across Manchester
- Explaining campaign objectives and answering questions clearly and honestly
- Supporting customers through the sign-up process while ensuring a positive experience
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Participating in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and daily team development sessions

What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:

No previous business development or sales experience is necessary. We welcome applications from graduates, career changers, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, and other customer-facing backgrounds.
Earnings & Benefits
Earnings (£1,935 per calendar month) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
