What the Role Involves
This is a structured trainee pathway with genuine responsibility, not shadowing. Over your first months you'll get practical grounding in:

- Client relationship management and account handling
- Leading and supporting a team of people

You'll be paired with experienced managers who coach you directly. Expect regular one-to-one mentorship, honest feedback, and clear targets, the support to grow quickly and the accountability to prove you can.
