At IRIS, we help schools, academies, and education providers simplify everyday operations through market-leading software and services. We're looking for a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Education Renewals team, providing essential administrative and operational support that helps ensure customers enjoy a seamless renewal experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organisation, administration, customer service, and working as part of a collaborative team. You'll play an important role in keeping renewal activities on track while developing valuable commercial and customer management skills in a growing technology business.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Renewals Associate, you'll support the wider Renewals team by managing key administrative activities, maintaining accurate data, and helping to ensure customers' renewals are processed efficiently and on time. As the role progresses, you'll develop into taking your own cases on the phone with clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
