Entry Level Customer Success Executive
Leeds | £28,000-£30,000 Base Salary + £16,000-£25,000 OTE

Backed by private equity and with ambitious growth plans ahead, they're now looking to invest in the next generation of Customer Success talent.
The Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be responsible for helping customers get the most value from the platform. You'll build strong relationships, support customers throughout their journey, and become a trusted partner who helps them achieve their goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the SaaS and technology sector. You'll receive full training, work closely with experienced leaders, and gain exposure to both customer success and commercial growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Supporting customers during onboarding and implementation
- Regularly engaging with customers via phone, email and virtual meetings
- Understanding customer goals and helping them maximise value from the platform
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve their experience
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customers achieve the best possible outcomes
- Managing and developing your own portfolio of customer accounts
Whilst this role focuses on customer success and relationship management, there is a clear progression path in place, with opportunities to move into Senior Customer Success, Account Management and other commercial roles as you develop.
Who We're Looking For
Previous SaaS or Customer Success experience isn't essential. What matters most is that you're a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping others succeed.
You may currently be:
- Working in recruitment and looking for a more customer-focused commercial role
- Coming from retail, hospitality, estate agency or customer service
- A graduate with strong extracurricular achievements or leadership experience
- Working in a people-focused role and looking to break into the technology sector
