Role Description
The Entry-Level EFL Online Tutor (Ref: ESLTALK) will teach English to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms, following provided curricula and lesson plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Providing constructive feedback on spoken and written English
The tutor will manage digital classroom tools, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate clearly with learners and, where applicable, their caregivers or institutional contacts. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours and readiness to adapt to learners in different time zones.

Qualifications
- Classroom and learner management: Skill in maintaining a positive, respectful online learning environment, encouraging participation, and managing time effectively during lessons.
- Technical and online tools: Comfort with video conferencing platforms, digital whiteboards, learning management systems, and basic troubleshooting of common online teaching issues.
- Professional attributes: Reliability, cultural sensitivity, patience, and an interest in helping learners achieve their language goals; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
