Role Description
The Entry-Level EFL/ESL Online Tutor (Ref:ESLTALK) will deliver live online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting interactive lessons, using online platforms and tools to present materials, monitor progress, and engage learners. The tutor will assess learner needs, provide feedback on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, including familiarity with EFL/ESL methodologies and learner-centered approaches.
- Candidates should possess skills in Online Tutoring and Tutoring, with confidence using video conferencing tools and digital classroom platforms.
- Candidates should ideally have strong communication skills, patience, cultural sensitivity, and a professional, supportive attitude toward learners.
