Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Associate (Ref:ESLTALK) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners in an online classroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering interactive lessons
- Guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Using digital tools to support language acquisition
- Assessing learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles
Additional responsibilities may include:

- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and attendance
- Communicating with supervisors or support staff when needed
- Participating in ongoing training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of ESL methodologies
Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with clear and neutral pronunciation
- Comfort with using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital learning resources
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain a consistent teaching schedule
