Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU21/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering online ESL lessons
- Conducting one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions
- Using digital platforms and tools to facilitate interactive learning
The tutor will:
- Assess learner needs
- Monitor progress
- Provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching materials to suit different learning styles and goals
Responsibilities also include:
- Maintaining accurate lesson records
- Attending scheduled training or check-in sessions

Qualifications
- Reliable internet connection, suitable computer equipment, and comfort with online teaching platforms.
