Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU01/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels through online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering interactive lessons
- Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Adapting teaching materials to meet learner needs and goals
- Providing regular feedback on student performance
- Tracking progress
- Maintaining clear communication with learners and, when applicable, their guardians

Additional tasks include:
- Participating in training or coaching sessions
- Maintaining accurate records of classes
- Using digital tools to create engaging, learner-centered activities
Qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear and neutral pronunciation
- Reliable internet connection, suitable equipment (computer, headset, webcam), and a quiet workspace for online classes
