Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU02/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Planning and delivering structured lessons
- Guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Adapting teaching materials to suit individual needs
- Providing regular feedback on student progress
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and assessments
- Communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their caregivers

The role also involves:

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts simply and clearly.
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable quiet workspace, and readiness to work flexible hours to accommodate global learners.
