Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU03/26) will deliver live, interactive English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing lesson activities
- Following provided curricula
- Adapting materials to meet individual learner needs
- Assessing learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining clear records of sessions and outcomes
The tutor will also:
- Communicate professionally with learners and stakeholders
- Manage scheduling
- Ensure a supportive, inclusive learning environment

This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable connectivity and consistent availability across agreed teaching hours.
Qualifications
- Comfort with educational technology, video conferencing tools, and digital learning resources
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a suitable device with webcam and headset, and a quiet teaching environment
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching
