The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU07/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering interactive lessons
- Guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Using digital tools and materials to support engagement
- Assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting lesson plans based on individual needs and goals
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Communicating with learners and, where relevant, parents or guardians
- Participating in ongoing training or observation sessions to improve teaching practice

Qualifications
Candidates should be comfortable using video conferencing tools, digital learning platforms, and basic office software. Candidates should show reliability, adaptability to different time zones, and a learner-centered, inclusive teaching approach. Prior tutoring or classroom experience is beneficial but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
