The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU08/26) role is a full-time remote position focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and conducting live online classes
- Following provided curricula and lesson plans
- Adapting materials to meet individual student needs
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
Additional responsibilities include:
- Communicating with students or caregivers when needed
- Participating in training or coaching sessions
- Using digital tools and platforms to manage classes and learning resources
