The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU09/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Delivering live online lessons
- Following provided curricula and lesson plans
- Adapting teaching materials to meet individual learner needs
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing short activities or homework
- Communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians
- Participating in periodic training or coaching sessions to improve teaching skills

Qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear and neutral pronunciation.
- Comfort with using video-conferencing tools, online learning platforms, and basic productivity software.
- Ability to explain concepts simply, manage time effectively, and support learners with varying proficiency levels.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable device for video lessons, and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, patience, and a learner-centered approach to education.
